Chris,

I thought it did this and had for some time.  Mine does not ask for the desktop 
icon but does the other option - but I move mine all the time on the start 
menu.  Also it looks for it under specific names and if you change those (and 
didn't we change part of the names - cygnus vs cygwin) then it won't find the 
specific links.
