How do you figure that?  It sounds like bash should depend
on shellutils.  I don't see any need for circular dependencies.

I got the debian package list from the debian distribution,
somewhere.  Don't remember where exactly.

If newlib-man is in "Base" then that's a bug in setup.exe.  It is
supposed to be in "Doc" according to setup.ini.

He does read the list.  I hope that he hasn't submitted a better
description that I missed when I generated setup.ini.  I agree that
the current description is misleading.

It does raise the whole X11 issue, though.  I'd like to include the
X11 stuff in setup.exe, too.  Should we wait until we've ironed out
all of the bugs here first and then ask them what they want or should
we start making noises about this now in cygwin-xfree AT cygwin DOT com?
