One minor problem, rm seems unable to delete symbolic links created by
cygwin 1.3.0-1
I guess fileutils needs an update. An example:
unknown AT CO3007967-A c:/A3D
$ rm eggdrop.exe
rm: cannot remove `eggdrop.exe': No such file or directory
