Yeah, I was going to suggest we do something like that. I've copied it
over to /cvs/cygwin-apps/setup, chowned it to be owned by cygwin-apps,
and test checking out the setup200202 branch - all of which worked fine.
So... want me to remove the (now obsolete) cinstall directory, or would
you like to do the honours?
I'll work on getting setup to build outside the winsup tree this
weekend.
