I'm confused, not having looked at it. I think you're saying the reinstall
is one of the options in the skip, keep, this version, that version, etc
rotation. If yes then keep reading if not tell me so and delete.
Install from internet:
Reinstall: should download a fresh copy. - I'm installing from the
internet and would expect the download.
Download from internet:
Reinstall: should download a fresh copy. - This is meaningless but I've
chosen Download from the internet after all.
Install from local directory:
Reinstall: should _not_ download a fresh copy. - I would never expect
anything else.
