Subject: Updated: libiconv, libiconv2, libcharset1 -1.9.1-3 [Requires cygwin-1.5.3+]

The GNU libiconv package provides an iconv() implementation, for use on
systems which don't have one, or whose implementation cannot convert
from/to Unicode.

These should be upgraded together with the gettext packages. This
release is built against the cygwin-1.5.x kernel; it will not work with
1.3.22.

libiconv-1.9.1-3
libiconv2-1.9.1-3
libcharset1-1.9.1-3

gettext-0.12.1-3
gettext-devel-0.12.1-3
libintl2-0.12.1-3
libgettextpo0-0.12.1-3 (*)

(*) new library package -- gettext-devel now depends on it.

CHANGES:

* Both libiconv and gettext packages were COMPLETELY reorganized
   between (libiconv: 1.8 -> 1.9.1, gettext: 0.11.5 -> 0.12.1).
* compiled against cygwin-1.5.2 kernel
* documentation moved to /usr/share/*
