Using a "test" version of Rust, built on Scallywag
I was able to build and upload several of the
python rust packages

python312-maturin                          1.11.3-1
python312-bcrypt                           5.0.0-1
python312-cryptography                     46.0.3-1
python312-rpds-py                          0.30.0-1

and the 3.9 counterpats.

Now we need to officialize the Rust package
