Run winfsp-2.0.23075.msi. Ctrl+C does not copy contents of app to
clipboard (?). I will transcribe manually:

     WinFsp2023 Setup
     Welcome ...
     -> Next

     WinFsp2023 Setup
     Custom Setup ...
     -> Next

     WinFsp2023 Setup
     Ready ...
     -> Install

Pop-up -- User Access Control -> Allow

     WinFsp2023 Setup
     Completed ...
     -> Finish

So sshfs is connecting, but there are identity issues (UID/GID/SID) (?).
  I tried a few guesses at options to allow write access, but without
success.  Suggestions?
