Right, but Solaris, Illumos, and Opengroup draft already have O_XATTR,
so this is IMO OK.

Also, it would provide a good abstraction for alternate data stream
support, which is compatible with Windows, OSX, Solaris, Illumos, and
NTFS, ZFS, SMB, NFSv4.
