Worked just fine for a recent update of fortune-mod.

See online or under your Cygwin directory:

	cygstart /usr/share/doc/cygport/html/manual/cmake_cygclass.html

Try directory specification rather than path - cygport often just DTRT:

	CYGCMAKE_SOURCE=cmake
