The following test package has been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* cygutils-extra-1.4.16-3

This test package provides a getclip program that handles Unicode
characters from the clipboard.  This addresses recent reports on the main
Cygwin mailing list, primarily:
    https://cygwin.com/pipermail/cygwin/2021-June/248782.html

After feedback is received that this feature is working properly, or
after some amount of time TBD, this test release will be promoted to
current.

NB. Since this is a test release, setup*.exe won't automatically upgrade
your installed cygutils-extra package; you must specifically select this
test release to install it.
