$ cygcheck -f /usr/bin/cmake.exe
cmake-3.17.3-2

$ cygcheck -f /usr/bin/cygstdc++-6.dll
libstdc++6-10.2.0-1

$ objdump -x cygstdc++-6.dll | grep
_ZNSt19basic_ostringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEC1Ev
         [3985] _ZNSt19basic_ostringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEC1Ev

$ objdump -x cmake.exe | grep
_ZNSt19basic_ostringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEC1Ev
