Usage: C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe [/i | /l | /s | /r | /g | /a | /p | /h | 
/e] [/f]
     [/m \\computer][/t xxx][/d [p|u:]xx:yy [/c "comment"]]
...
     /m \\computer   Specify the target computer.
