wat???

Win+R -> "cmd"
In the console, type "set HOME" and hit <Enter>.

Then

Win+R -> "bash" (specify full path if necessary)
Type "set | grep -iE '^HOME'" and hit <Enter> again.

Check if both envs correspond to eachother.
