The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* cygport-0.31.2-1

cygport is the standard method for building and maintaining packages for 
the Cygwin distribution.

This release contains mostly bugfixes, in addition to two minor features:

* New all-test command
* SRC_URI may now be empty for the (very rare) cases when a package may 
  be entirely created from the .cygport file itself.
