GStreamer is a library for constructing graphs of media-handling
components. The applications it supports range from simple Ogg/Vorbis
playback, audio/video streaming to complex audio and video processing.

This is an update to the latest stable release:

All elements have been built against their latest dependencies.  The
schroedinger elements have been disabled in advance of their removal
upstream in 1.14.
