The following package has been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* perl-PAR-Packer-1.040-1

PAR is a Cross-Platform Packaging and Deployment tool, dubbed as a
cross between Java's JAR and Perl2EXE/PerlApp.  This module implements
the App::Packer::Backend interface, for generating stand-alone
executables, perl scripts, and PAR files.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, built for
perl-5.26.1.

[There was also a release of perl-PAR-Packer-1.037-1 earlier today,
but I discovered a new upstream release before getting around to
announcing it.]
