X-IsSubscribed: yes

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* pcre2-10.23-1
* libpcre2_8_0-10.23-1
* libpcre2_16_0-10.23-1
* libpcre2_32_0-10.23-1
* libpcre2-posix1-10.23-1
* libpcre2-devel-10.23-1
* libpcre2-doc-10.23-1
* mingw64-i686-pcre2-10.23-1
* mingw64-x86_64-pcre2-10.23-1

The PCRE library is a set of functions that implement regular expression
pattern matching using the same syntax and semantics as Perl, with just a
few differences.

This is an update to the latest upstream release and patchset.
