Every time that I run zsh I get the following errors:

$ zsh -l
         0 [main] zsh 15872 fork: child 14136 - died waiting for dll
loading, errno 11
zsh-newuser-install:23: fork failed: resource temporarily unavailable
   318283 [main] zsh 15872 fork: child 16272 - died waiting for dll
loading, errno 11
/etc/profile.d/tzset.sh:24: fork failed: resource temporarily unavailable
    371420 [main] zsh 15872 fork: child 18712 - died waiting for dll
loading, errno 11
/etc/zlogin:8: fork failed: resource temporarily unavailable

In x-windows I cannot run anything because of the dll loading error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Cygwin numerous times, to different
disk drives in case there was a problem with a dirive. The postinstall
process zp_texlive_finish.dash hangs every time, I suspect because of
the same problem. Bash does not give this error, but zsh does if started
from bash.

I have been unable to find anything online that sheds any light on this
error, and I cannot find any logs with any details.  I have been trying
for days to find a solution or get help from this mailing list, as well
as trying every debugging trick that I know, with no success.

I tried sending the output of cygcheck, but the message bounced because
it was too large.
