The MPFR Library
================

The MPFR library is a C library for multiple-precision floating-point
computations with exact rounding (also called correct rounding). It is
based on the GMP multiple-precision library.

The main goal of MPFR is to provide a library for multiple-precision
floating-point computation which is both efficient and has a well-defined
semantics. It copies the good ideas from the ANSI/IEEE-754 standard for
double-precision floating-point arithmetic (53-bit mantissa).

---- version 3.1.3-1 ----
Compiled with cygwin-2.0.4, gcc 4.9.2 and binutils 2.25
TLS support enabled

This is an upstream bugfix release that rolls up the 11 patches that had
to be installed on top of the 3.1.2 sources (and were available in the
previous 3.1.2-2 release on Cygwin). In addition, some improvements to
the build system were implemented and the manual has been updated.
