This is a result of the changed mechanism to switch through the available and installed versions. The idea was to switch through the package versions in order, with "Uninstall"/"Reinstall"/"Keep"/"Skip" at logical places. It didn't occur to me that this results in stepping from "Skip" to "prev". Hmm. This needs fixing I guess...
