csih has been updated.  The group is now obtained as follows, in lines 2969-2970:

       admingroup=$(/usr/bin/getent group S-1-5-32-544)
       admingroup="${admingroup%%:*}"

This still yields "Administrators" on my system.  I'm using the test release of 
cygwin in case that's relevant.
