For this and any other cygwin distro package, all you have to do is
rerun setup.exe, check the 'src' box of the package you are interested
in, then look in /usr/src/ for the downstream patches (if any) that were
applied to build the package.  Many packages are built via 'cygport',
which applies consistent make rules across multiple packages, where the
package.cygport file will detail any specific overrides needed for that
package.
