Oh, thanks for the reminder.  And yes, wordexp is turned on for both
4.1.12-5 (I didn't realize Yaakov had turned it on in 64-bit land, so
when I copied from his 64-bit build, I got it for free) and in the
upcoming 4.1.13-6 (I'll call it out in the release notes this time around).
