With stable Cygwin

    ~

With snapshot

    ~
    $ uname -a
    CYGWIN_NT-6.1 Steven-PC 1.7.29s(0.272/5/3) 20140309 23:12:54 x86_64 Cygwin

    ~
    $ man bash


    ~
    $

Notice carefully the extra line after "man bash". If you press down more times
before "q", the problem worsens.
