You are persuing a childish argument in semantics.
I think we both know what the SYSTEM means.

And windows loudly disagrees with you:

   $ net user SYSTEM
   The user name could not be found.

You are saying it: SYSTEM is a UAC.

Besides, your argument is off topic, as this thread is about setting up sshd.
cron-config does not accept SYSTEM as a user

Of course we both know that to be just a limitation of cron-config.
