Subject:	Setup install issues

I'm getting this error when I run setup at the end, even when I deselect 
all packages and choose 'Keep' current version, and deselect "Select 
Required packages (RECOMMENDED)". How do I resolve this? I'm using 
setup.exe version 2.774.
