cygwin64$ uname -s
CYGWIN_NT-6.1

cygwin64$ uname -m
x86_64

cygwin32$ uname -s
CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64

cygwin32$ uname -m
i686

Yep, seems redundant.
