to know if a file belongs to any package, use:

cygcheck -f name_with_path

$ cygcheck -f 
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.14/i686-cygwin-threads-64int/auto/Graphics/Magick/Magick.dll
perl-Graphics-Magick-1.3.16-1
