If you run dumper.exe with a Windows process, you will get the cygwin warning
about using MS-DOS path

$ dumper p 3412
cygwin warning:
  MS-DOS style path detected: C:\Program Files (x86)\Pale Moon\plugin-container.
exe
  Preferred POSIX equivalent is: /c/Program Files (x86)/Pale Moon/plugin-contain
er.exe
  CYGWIN environment variable option "nodosfilewarning" turns off this warning.

This seems incorrect because the user has no control over this path, on the PID
to dump. I realize one can set the nodosfilewarning option, but warnings should
not be raised when users input a valid PID.
