@Earnie What value should I set to CYGWIN that you think it may affect CTRL+C behavior. I looked at http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/using-cygwinenv.html and I don't see any entries that related to CTRL+C. @K Stahl I did print you mine full java -version. See my previous email.
