It does not exist. My Cygwin installation on the old WinXP-PC actually was an upgrade of an older Cygwin installation (from 2007 or so), not a new installation from scratch. Maybe it was not a very wise strategy to try to upgrade such an oldtimer ;-> ... I will remove the upgraded Cygwin installation and then install from scratch.
