Not able to reproduce

configure:16010: checking for LAPACK
configure:16044: gcc -o conftest.exe -I./lib/src -g -O2 conftest.c
-L/usr/lib -llapack -lblas -lgfortran -lc -lc -lm >&5
configure:16044: $? = 0
configure:16044: ./conftest.exe
configure:16044: $? = 0
configure:16057: result: yes

questions:
- was previous version 3.2.2-2 working ?

- what is the PATH ?

PATH: /home/marco/bin
PATH: /usr/local/bin
PATH: /usr/bin
PATH: /usr/lib/lapack

I suspect you redefined the path and the
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.csh
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.sh

scripts are not effective.

Regards
Marco
