The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** libxml2-2.7.8-3
*** libxml2-devel-2.7.8-3
*** libxml2-doc-2.7.8-3
*** python-libxml2-2.7.8-3

Libxml2 is the XML C library developed for GNOME but widely used outside
thereof as well.

This release includes a patch for CVE-2011-3919.
