Hi

The packages db4.8/db4.8-doc/libdb4.8/libdb4.8-devel/tcl-db4.8 are now available
with the Cygwin distribution:

 o Initial release
 o Build for cygwin 1.7.9 with gcc-4.5.3
 o tcl-db4.8 linked against the Unix version of tcl
