Hi All,

I can't install cygwin on my laptop. The setup binary can't find any
available download site however I can open the URL http://cygwin.com
in my browser.
And I can open any mirror site in the browser and download any file as well.

So what should be the cause of this problem?
BTW, I am a VPN user. Does it matter?
