The following packages have been updated for the Cygwin distribution:

*** docbook-xsl-1.76.1-2
*** xmlto-0.0.25-1

xmlto is a shell-script tool for converting XML files to various
formats.  At the moment it supports conversion from docbook, xhtml1 and
fo format to various output formats.

This update fixes issues with fop-1.0 and adds the necessary files for
epub and xhtml-1.1 output.
