I've tried rebaseall at a couple different base addresses. I tried copying the cygwin1.dll from the 12/5 snapshot. I didn't try the "inst" file from the snapshot. I suppose I could try that tonight. If you want to try to reproduce the error, you can issue this command: emacs --eval '(dired "~/" nil)' You can type ctrl-x ctrl-c to quit Emacs after it starts up. The dired command is the one I've noticed that reliably causes the errors.
