I see the problem. Sourceforge.net's download servers can't handle multiple files with the same name; you were probably receiving FC15/repodata/repomd.xml instead of the FC14 version. So I restructured and moved the repos to Ports' FTP area on sourceware. You'll need to update accordingly: rpm -Uv http://downloads.sourceforge.net/fedora-cygwin/fedora-cygwin-release-3-1.noarch.rpm Now yum update should DTRT. Please let me know either way.
