With the latest tcsh and cygwin on a windows XP SP3 machine I'm seeing a problem with file globing. If you have a directory with three files tmp.c, vcd_priv.c and vcd_priv2.cc (just create them with touch). If you run ls *.cc it will display both vcd_priv.c and vcd_priv2.cc. The bash shell does not have this problem.
