You're lucky if any DOS-like paths work for any
svn commands.  It's really a Unix-based tool and
will not generally grok the C: and \ stuff.  The
occasional command *might* work, but it will be
hit or miss.  Better to use cygpath to convert
and DOS-like names to Unix-like ones before
feeding to svn ...
