apache2 is a build dependency for subversion, so if you remove it from
the distro, I will need to package a copy of the sources with the
subversion sources and modify my cygport to build it as well as
subversion. I prefer not to do that.

I'm don't want to adopt apache2 because I never use it on Cygwin. I
might be able to build it, but I couldn't really do justice to answering
questions and troubleshooting issues.
