So, I've been searching for a way to build linux binaries, and then
package them using the rpmbuild command.

I've not been able to find a cross compiler other than the one here:

http://metamod-p.sourceforge.net/cross-compiling.on.windows.for.linux.html

I had kind of expected there to be one in cygwin that I could install.
But since there isn't, has anyone used the one above? Does it work?
I'm making a special build of OpenSSH/OpenSSL-fips, and having a linux
build would be great.
