Why do you have -display specified? Try removing it. And, if you only 
run an X server for rxvt terms then stop running the X server. Rxvt will 
use Windows widgets if there is no -display specified (note this also 
means no DISPLAY environment). Perhaps that way a Monospace font can be 
found?
