mvn -version also gives the message.


$ which -a java
/cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32/java


$ set | grep JAVA
JAVA_HOME=3D'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_20'

I'm not caiming there is somethng wrong with cygwin, jut find it
surprising to get this warning with a cygwin-aware  program (mvn).
