yes, but it seems my CDTs read in registry and put it in the PATH env
variable, before call cs-make(tool-chain make).

How can say to CDT to use one sp=E9cific cygwin?

cygwin-1.7 doesn't need anymore the register
to find itself.
You can have multiple versions running side by side
