Hey Cygwin folks,

      It looks like the newest version of
the setup.exe has been transmitted
incompletely to the server.  Its size is
only 10.9 kBt, but the typical setup.exe is
610 kBt.  When I try to run the downloaded
program, it crashes immediately with:

D:\cygwin\setup.exe
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
CS:05eb IP:0268 OP:63 65 6e 73 65 Choose 'Close' to
      terminate the application.

It's not a big deal, but if you're one of those
folks who downloads a new one every day, then
you should move your old one so that it does
not get clobbered.
