Done. The problem is reproduced again as shown in the command=20
line output below. I did not have a /etc/subversion directory so=20
I did not change your script at all. I also got exactly the same=20
results on another computer (which also did not have the=20
/etc/subversion directory).

I'm willing to reinstall cygwin and packages. I am running it all=20
"out of the box" so to speak so it's not a big deal for me. What=20
