2010-02-05 is the first to show such problem.
2010-02-04 works as expected


snapshot 2010-02-10 seems to have a problem with perl.

perl 3192 _cygtls::handle_exceptions: In cygwin_except_handler=20=20
so aclocal can not work at all.
