WinPCap is not "raw sockets".  The term "sockets" refers to the BSD 
Sockets programming API, or related ones like Winsock.  WinPCap is a 
completely different API.

It may be true that you can do what you want with WinPCap.  Just don't 
confuse people by saying you're using "raw sockets".
